Owner/Stylist

Jessica truly has a passion for her work as a stylist, business owner and educator.  When she's not behind the chair, she is taking classes and attending trade shows and conferences to expand her knowledge of cosmetology and business. She also is an educator for Original Mineral, which enables her to share her love for the clean color line and the industry with other stylists and salons throughout the United States.  She has worked with the O&M creative team for New York Fashion Week, as well as taught on stage at many education events for Cool Beauty Consulting.  She also enjoys helping the Willow & Birch stylists stay on top of the trends and teaching up and coming stylists the tricks of the trade.  Opening Willow & Birch salon in 2010, fulfilled a life time goal for Jessica. She hopes to continue to help guests and her team branch out with for many years to come!

Stylist

Josh has been a part of the Willow & Birch team since 2010. He believes in treating his clients with care and respect. He is inspired and focused on bringing beauty to his clients lives. Josh excels in men's cuts and shorter women's styles. Josh is the stylist to see if you are looking for the "brand-new-you".  Education is on the top of Josh's list as he continues to strive to be the best.  He is truly thankful for all of his loyal guest that have helped to build his career and he looks onward to continued success as a member of the W&B team!

Stylist

Kate joined our team in 2011, specializing in color and special occasion styling. She enjoys attending classes to broaden her knowledge of the cosmetology field and to help improve her skills consistently. Kate loves working with the Benniefactor products and is enthusiastic about creating looks for every person’s unique style.  She is enthusiastic about continuing to grow with W&B!

Stylist

Hannah has been a member of our team since 2012 and truly loves being in the culture of teamwork and positivity at W&B.  By using the Benniefactor cutting technique, she is able to create free form and soft shapes within the hair to leave you with a beautifully blended style, each and every time.  She also enjoys highlighting both with foils and balayage techniques to give the hair depth and dimension.  She works with each client to achieve their goal of a perfect personal style. Hannah also enjoys educational classes to learn the latest trends in the cosmetology industry. She looks forward to continued growth as a stylist at Willow & Birch!

Stylist

Upon joining our team (or family as Morgan calls it!) in 2013, Morgan has loved growing both personally and professionally as a stylist.  Creating custom colors for her guests is her passion and she loves being able to bring out all of their best features, such as enhancing their skin tone or making their eyes pop.  Morgan likes to spend her days outside of the salon with her kids at the park or watching her mini-me-wild-child son kicking up dust on the soccer field.  

Stylist

Brandy chose to become a hairdresser because she has always had a passion for helping people feel their best.  After joining our team in 2013, she has continued to grow exponentially.  She loves highlighting hair to give a dimensional result that can add the perfect pop to any color.  She enjoys creating braids and special occasion styles as well, by tapping into her creative side to achieve something out of the box. Brandy’s goal is to give her guests the best experience, each and every visit!  Brandy is excited for a long career as a member of the W&B team!

Stylist

Lauren has been in the industry since 2009 and has truly loved every minute of it.  From learning new skills to help her technical passions grow to learning ways to grow personally, education is always her top priority.  She loves finding solutions to give her guests a look that enhances their personal style and works for their lifestyle.  Color is her true passion.  She loves seeing the transformation it can bring, whether with a rich hue or fabulous highlights.  Lauren looks forward to a long career of growth and success with W&B and her guests!

Stylist

Aly has been sharing her positivity with W&B since 2015.  Extensions, lived in color and updo's are her specialties.  It's probable that if Aly doesn't have a client in her chair, she's sharing her hair techniques with fellow stylists or learning a few new tips for herself.  Aly and her boyfriend love to spend time outdoors playing with their furrbabies and listening to country music with just a dash of hip-hop!

Stylist

Emily has been in the industry since 2013 and is a graduate from Paul Mitchell the School in St. Louis.  She has had a true passion for hair since she was just a child which has lead her to love blondes, men's haircuts and long hair.  Emily brings to the team her uplifting spirit and positive attitude.  Family is a huge part of her everyday life and she loves spending time with them when she isn't working.  Emily is a true talent and looks forward to helping you branch out!

Apprentice

Britney joined the W&B team in 2016 and absolutely loves the growth and talent she is exposed to each and everyday at the salon.  Each week she looks forward to a new class lead by fellow stylists to help her learn and continue to branch out.  Britney loves helping people relax and feel great about themselves.  In her spare time she enjoys playing guitar and spreading the joy of country music.  She is looking forward to finishing our apprentice program and becoming a stylist on the W&B team!

Apprentice

Justin joined our W&B family in 2016, upon completing his education at the University of Spa & Cosmetology Arts.  As a second career, he has developed a true passion for the art of hair.  Justin loves the family aspect, professionalism and positive atmosphere of the salon.  When Justin isn't working, he loves spending time with his children and making music.  Justin looks forward to a long career as a stylist making his clients look and feel amazing!

Esthetician

Molly joined Willow and Birch as an esthetician in 2012. Wanting to pursue her passion for skin care she enrolled in Esthetics school and instantly felt that she had truly found her calling. Her love of skincare and wellness is on-going, as Molly attends educational events enhance her skills in facials, body treatments, makeup, and waxing. She enjoys helping clients with their individual skin care needs, customizing each service to benefit the client, and achieving desired results. Molly takes pride in knowing that with Eminence products she is able to tailor facials and customize services for each and every skin type. She has a clear understanding of many skin conditions, their root causes, and the different ways to treat them using Eminence products. She looks forward to new challenges this industry brings and strives to give each client the best spa experience possible.

Makeup Artist/Esthetician

The beauty industry has always been alluring to Ro, which has driven her passion for every aspect of what she does.  Ro loves creating makeup looks to help enhance your natural beauty whether for a daily look or a special night out.  Skincare is a passion of hers as well, as she takes pride in being able to diagnose and create a regimen for each guest that is specific to their needs.  She believes that beauty comes from within and she just helps to bring it out!  She is excited for what’s to come as a member of the W&B team

Salon Coordinator

Nikki joined our team in 2013 following many years in the service industry.  She has combined her love for small business and excellent customer relations to help take W&B to the next level.  She truly enjoys helping the staff reach each of their individuals goals, as well as seeing the team succeed as a whole.  She wants every guest to feel as if they are a part of our family and strives to make this happen every day.  Nikki looks forward to a long and happy career with W&B!

Front Desk/Wedding Coordiator

Upon joining our team in 2014, Shayna became a vital part of our team’s success by ensuring our guest relations were seamless.  She strives to make every guest feel taken care of to the utmost each and every visit.  She takes pride in keeping everything running smooth for our team and our loyal guests so that every visit at W&B is a fabulous one!  Shayna is excited for what the future brings to her as a part of the W&B family!
